StaffBuffalo is partnering with a mission-focused organization in the Buffalo area to hire a Data Analyst who can bridge strategy and execution through smart data practices. In this high-visibility role reporting directly to the COO youll go beyond reportingyoull build dynamic dashboards identify performance gaps and work directly with senior leadership to refine KPIs and staffing models that drive real results. This full-time position offers a competitive pay range of $80000 to $110000 annually for highly qualified candidates who bring strong technical expertise and thought leadership to the table.

This is an on-site full-time position in the Buffalo area.
Responsibilities:
- Centralize and integrate data sources into a unified company data warehouse.
- Build dashboards and reports in Microsoft Power BI to visualize KPIs for operations staffing scheduling and sales.
- Design data tools that help managers understand trends and proactively build stronger teams.
- Partner with key leaders across departmentsincluding operations branding and executive leadershipto understand data needs and deliver meaningful insights.
- Support research initiatives through data mining and analysis.
- Help ensure compliance by maintaining HIPAA standards and contributing to audit-ready reporting.
- Train staff on self-service analytics tools and promote a data-literate culture.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-backed solutions to streamline daily operations.
- Work closely with external data consultants as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Mathematics Information Systems or related field.
- 5 years of analytics development experience including independently building dashboards and leading data initiatives.
- 3 years managing cross-functional projects.
- Strong command of Power BI SQL and data visualization best practices.
- Experience working with operational data; comfortable analyzing workflows staffing patterns and organizational performance.
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving skillsyou translate data into decisions.
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance and regulatory environments.
- Prior experience in healthcare or pharmacy is a plus but not required.
