Amazon has an immediate opening for an IT Support Associate for our amazing Sydney corporate office. As the IT Support Associate you will have the responsibility for delivering enduser support infrastructure management and audiovisual assistance for the Sydney Amazon community. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team and leverage cuttingedge inhouse AI tools like Amazon Bedrock to support our Amazonians.
What Youll Do:
* Promptly research resolve and respond to user requests ensuring highquality support and meeting or exceeding customer expectations (Customer obsession)
* Diagnose and troubleshoot enduser computing issues from analysis to testing and followup
* Collaborate with internal and external partners to process support requests incidents and project activities
* Assist with triage and escalation of server system or network issues
* Manage accurate inventory of Amazonowned equipment
* Provide handson and remote support for teleconferencing systems and AV presentation equipment

1 years of corporate setting Windows Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
Experience setting up taking down and relocating PC systems
1 years of Windows Server technologies: AD DFS Print Services SCCM experience.
1 years of troubleshooting in a multiuser high availability environment experience.
1 years of networking (such as DNS DHCP SSL OSI Model and TCP/IP) experience.
1 years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment experience.
May require lifting or carrying desktop computers up to 25lbs.
Some on call responsibilities are required.
Occasional out of office hours required for urgent requests Weekend Evenings or Nights.
