As a fixed term Technical Customer Support Representative youll provide critical behindthescenes support for our sales team and hospital partners. Your focus will be on emailbased communication and logisticsensuring our medical equipment is set up tracked and maintained for hospital demos and trials. Youll be the organiser who makes sure everything runs smoothly on time every time.
Manage email enquiries from sales reps and hospital staff around demo equipment needs
Coordinate the scheduling delivery and pickup of demo kits and loan equipment
Track inventory and ensure equipment is clean functional and available
Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely support
Maintain accurate records and help streamline processes
Strong written communication and attention to detail
Organised proactive and comfortable managing multiple requests at once
Techsavvy with a customerfirst mindset
Enjoys working behind the scenes to support a teams success
