Job Description

We have an opportunity for a likeminded registered Psychologist who shares the same values of personcentered care empowerment education and evidencebased practice. 

Or if you are a Provisional Psychologist we would welcome you to apply. 

This position includes support and mentoring with a clearly defined career progression pathway.

You will enjoy:

  • Support from an internal registered psychologist & boardapproved supervisor 
  • Clinicbased role work alongside a multidisciplinary team of experienced practitioners
  • Ongoing support from experienced registered psychologists colleagues and senior staff across disciplines
  • Monthly inservice multidisciplinary PD from highly experienced senior practitioners
  • Dedicated client noncontact time for multidiscipline liaison and report writing
  • Joint sessions with other disciplines

Psychology caseload

We offer assessment and interventions across a diverse caseload including NDIS Medicare and private clients. Our team of Psychologists shares the same values of personcentered care empowerment education and evidencebased practice.

  • Annual leave  up to 5 weeks per year
     
  •   Career progression   leadership opportunities on offer
     
  •   PD  up to 4 days PD leave per year / $3000 budget and regular inservice PD and monthly masterclasses
     
  •   Support  work alongside the team in your dedicated clinic room with calendared 1:1 supervision & fortnightly peer supervision
     
  •   MDT   Collaborate with other allied health professionals (speech pathologists and psychologists)
     
  •   Autonomy  full control over your calendar see clients in clinic or in the community & dedicated admin time
     
  •   Admin  our client services support team handles all things admin including client waitlist and all bookings
     
  •   Enjoy a diverse caseload  work with children aged 018 and build your own caseload according to your strengths and interests
     
  •   A generous salary  with a focus on quality not KPIs and clearly defined career development pathways
     
  •   Worklife balance  flexible hours between 7.30am to 5.30pm WFH and always finish on time
