Job Description
The Graduate Delivery Coordinator supports Delivery Leads in planning and managing projects from initiation through to completion. This role sits within a collaborative highperforming team and involves coordinating multiple moving parts while engaging with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
The position reports to the Head of Delivery and is part of the broader Delivery Team.
Qualifications :
- University degree in Engineering Business or Marketing
- Highperforming with a minimum credit average academic record
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proven ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Effective at meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities
- Previous work experience or internship in project management is highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong presentation abilities
- Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities
- Sound judgment and confident decisionmaking skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to generate ideas and solutions
- Resilient under pressure and able to manage highstress situations
- Collaborative approach and commitment to maintaining positive vendor relationships
- Proactive detailoriented and able to take initiative
- Highly motivated and driven to succeed
