JOB TITLE: Buildings & Grounds Maintenance/Special Projects Worker 5:30 2:00 or other hours dependent upon the work requiredJOB DESCRIPTION: Inspect different equipment and perform any basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required. Must have a general knowledge of plumbing carpentry electricity grounds keeping masonry and general maintenance. Must be able to do general repairs building renovations and know his/her limitations referring to a specialist when in doubt. To do well in this role one should have previous experience in maintenance be highly skilled with various hand and power tools and be able to read blueprints and repair manuals. The employee should possess the ability to get along with others and be flexible in his/her schedule responsibilities and possess a variety of skills encompassing most of the construction trades.
