Summary of Job Duties:
Act as primary administrator for Vonage VoIP Phone System;Responsible for design and deployment of computer labs on campus to include cable management;
Determine appropriate hardware and software needs with department manager and network administrator;
Install configure and maintain a wide range of software and hardware used throughout the College;
Configure maintain and disperse Faculty and Student laptops;
Assist users with questions and problems related to software hardware and network stations;
Develop and maintain current expertise in a variety of application software packages;
Occasional shift work and occasional oncall duty may be required;
And perform other related duties as required to accomplish the objectives of the position.
Qualifications:
Must have technical knowledge of the techniques and procedures of software and network support for multiple users.
Must understand installation configuration and troubleshooting for software hardware networking and accessory equipment.
Three years of experience with personal computers MS Windows MS Office and cloudbased applications is required.
