Job Description
COVID-19 vaccination isrecommended but not required. Flu vaccination will be required October throughApril. Job Summary: This position works in collaboration withthe healthcare team patient and family to promote patient health throughdelivery of professional nursing care appropriate to patients age and conditionas documented in the nursing and medical plans of care in accordance withevidence-based nursing and patient care practice standards and hospital goalsvalues and regulatory standards. Education Requirements Two-year (ADN) degree in nursing a four-yeardegree (BSN) in nursing or a Diploma Nursing degree. Bachelor s degree in nursing orcurrently enrolled in an RN to BSN program preferred. Experience Requirements: Two years experience as an RN One year of pediatric Interventional radiology Certification/License/Registry Requirements: Current State of Arizona RNlicense or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or theability to establish licensure according to Arizona law prior to start Current BLS certification forHealthcare Provider from the American Heart Association prior to start date. Current PALS certification fromthe American Heart Association prior to start date.
