You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Senior Manager Online Retail Marketing is responsible for implementing and supporting a marketing plan aimed at driving customer acquisition engagement and press. The ideal candidate is a proactive with a proven background in ecommerce marketing including both brand and social media marketing. We are looking for someone who brings both practical experience in various marketing channels and tools as well as experience collaborating with agencies to achieve results. This role involves managing and reporting on marketing metrics providing customer insights and an experimental mindset to achieve results. The Senior Manager will work closely with Merchandising Brands and other teams to execute marketing strategies and tactics that appeal to our diverse customer segments.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience Required
4year degree from an accredited university.
5 years of relevant professional experience in ecommerce marketing
Experience delivering marketing results for new releases in an ecommerce company.
Demonstrable experience across multiple marketing channels including social media other owned channels PR partnerships and content.
Experience developing and executing against a marketing calendar inclusive of gaining alignment and allocating resources.
Education and Experience Preferred
Marketing for home furnishings luxury or gift industries Experience building marketing competencies and best practices in a startup or highgrowth ecommerce business.

Support and execute customercentric strategies that support key brand objectives and growth drivers.
Support marketing channels both directly and via agencies or internal partners.
Be customerobsessed understand our customer and be the voice of the customer crossfunctionally.
Execute plans to maximize marketing budget in partnership with agencies and internal resources to drive business objectives.
Identify and share performance improvement opportunities based on data analyses.
Work closely with the analytics site team and agency partners to create reports that align marketing and ecommerce data
Support the marketing and merchandising teams with various projects.
The pay range for this position is $47.35 to $59.62 per hour.
Washington Applicants Only: Employees will accrue 0.0334 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 9 holidays annually.
