GENERAL PURPOSE
Provides general administrative support for Academic Programs within the School of Arts and Sciences (CRJ as main department). Receives screens and directs incoming calls visitors mail and email. Prepares and maintains files and records according. Works directly with external constituents (e.g. vendors visitors prospective students parents institutional contacts external faculty) and internal staff to resolve routine and nonroutine issues. Uses business software applications (e.g. word processing presentation and spreadsheet) to prepare standard correspondence. Coordinates meeting arrangements and completes and tracks expenses and other budgetary transactions.

The hiring hourly pay rate for this position is $20.00. This hourly rate represents the Universitys good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation at the time of posting.
