Join Our Team as an Accountant!
Are you an experienced accountant ready to take your career to the next level
Were looking for a Senior Accountant or Accountant for our company in Doral! with a proven track record in financial management and accounting operations to join our team!
The requirements are that the person must have experience or be adaptable to working in a technology-driven environment. They should have experience with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online as well as connecting QuickBooks systems to other systems or interfaces. Additionally they should be skilled at managing people and possess an innovative mindset to improve processes.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Tasks
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheets income statements cash flow reports).
- Manage general ledger accounting and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Perform monthly quarterly and annual reconciliations.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Collaborate with external auditors for financial audits.
- Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts.
- Implement and monitor internal controls for financial accuracy.
- Prepare and file tax returns (if applicable).
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance
- 5 years of experience in accounting.
- Strong knowledge and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Preferred Systems Knowledge:
- QuickBooks (Desktop & Online)
