About the Role

Tabcorps Internal Audit function is a small yet highimpact team. We provide independent objective assurance on governance risk and internal control. Were now looking for a Senior Manager Internal Audit to help drive our evolving audit agenda.

Reporting to the GM Internal Audit youll work closely with senior leaders executives committees and the Board to shape and deliver our enterprisewide audit program. This handson role offers a real opportunity to influence the business and uplift risk maturity across Tabcorp.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering riskbased audits across operational financial and technology areas
• Overseeing cosourced audit providers to ensure quality and consistency
• Presenting insights and findings to senior stakeholders
• Helping shape the strategic direction and continuous improvement of the audit function
• Monitoring emerging risks and adjusting audit plans proactively

About You

Youre a commercially minded auditor who sees beyond the checklist. You think strategically influence with confidence and enjoy driving improvement in complex fastmoving environments. Your exceptional attention to detail and natural curiosity help you uncover insights others might miss.

You bring:

• A strong track record in riskbased auditing
• Contemporary knowledge of risk and control frameworks
• Experience leading complex audits and working with cosourced teams
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholder
• Industry experience in regulated and complex environments
