Trading and Investment Operations Associate ONSITE
Location: Avon OH (Onsite)

Our client a wealth management firm in Avon is looking for a Trading and Investment Operations Associate to join their growing team. In this role youll be responsible for executing trades monitoring investment activity and supporting the daily operations that keep client portfolios running smoothly.

Our client a wealth management firm in Avon is looking for a Trading and Investment Operations Associate to join their growing team. In this role youll be responsible for executing trades monitoring investment activity and supporting the daily operations that keep client portfolios running smoothly.
What Youll Do:
- Execute trades for client accounts under advisor direction
- Support portfolio rebalancing and trade allocations
- Monitor model portfolios and cash positions
- Communicate with custodians to ensure timely and accurate settlement
- Maintain client investment records and assist with performance reporting
- Collaborate with advisors and operations staff on investmentrelated tasks
- Experience in investment operations trading or financial services
- Series 7 and 66 preferred (or 63 and 65); if not already licensed must obtain within 6 months
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Proficiency with financial systems and custodial platforms (e.g. Schwab Fidelity) is a plus
