We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Project Valuation & Analysis team and help accelerate the shift to clean energy. This role plays a key part in supporting the valuation structuring and execution of project transactions including project sales joint ventures construction financing backleverage and tax equity financing for utilityscale wind solar and battery storage projects. The Senior Analyst will work closely with internal teams at every stage of development to help bring projects successfully across the finish line.
The Senior Analyst will be responsible for supporting project valuation due diligence and the execution of project transactions and investment decisions for utilityscale wind solar and battery storage projects. This individual will also help develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of banks and investors in the renewable energy sector while staying informed on industry trends activities and market dynamics.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in renewable energy finance and demonstrate a clear passion for project finance modeling. The candidate should have extensive experience using Excel and a solid understanding of financial concepts such as the time value of money internal rate of return and discounted cash flow analysis. Experience in modeling construction and term debt financing as well as partnership structures utilizing ITC/PTC tax credits is required.
The successful candidate will thrive in a fastpaced collaborative environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail. Strong communication skills are essential with the ability to clearly and concisely convey financial model assumptions and conclusions to support financing decisions and internal management review.
