Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a detailoriented and proactive Events Assistant to support the planning coordination and execution of corporate and clientfacing events. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring all event operations run smoothly and reflect the professionalism and standards of our firm.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and organizing company and client events meetings and conferences
Coordinate event logistics including venue setup equipment catering and materials
Maintain communication with vendors venues and internal teams
Support the Events Manager with scheduling budgeting and administrative tasks
Monitor timelines and ensure events stay within scope and on schedule
Greet guests and provide onsite support during events
Collect feedback and contribute to postevent evaluations
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred
1 years of experience in event coordination hospitality or administrative support
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends depending on event schedules
