The company has open positions of Managerial Projects Lead.
Scope of the role: To develope strategies lead projects teams and manage projects budgets.
Main Responsibilities:
To lead and conduct the analysis of industry and market trends conduct regular strategic analyses of AZ UA;
To lead partnership with third parties in UA and Moldova;
TodefinethelistofprojectsnecessaryforthefulfillmentofthecompanysgoalstogetherwiththeRegional DirectorandSeniorManagement(Strategic Projects Projects in DigitalizationProjects on Patients Support Projects on Patients diagnostics...);
To build effective communicationwithprojectteamsandprojectmanagementatcountry/region level;
To lead crossfunctional interaction in the frame of the projects;
To develop presentations on the results of the countrys work during the reporting period;
To monitor the execution of exact tasks by different project teams of the company.
Requirements:
Degree in economicsengineering orbusiness management;
Experienceinconsulting(Big4)inthebusinessdevelopmentarea(ideallycasesforpharma);
Solid experience in leading projects of country and regional level;
Skilled at leading managing conflict and negotiating with crossfunctional teams;
Demonstration of courage candor and initiative skills;
Developeddecisionmakingcompetency;
Coaching / mentoring group facilitation skills;
Strong communication skills (written and oral open honest and persistent);
Results oriented approach;
Open to new and unconventional ideas and approaches;
Fluent English is a must;
Solid Presentation Skills.
