Main responsabilities :
Serving as the key contact for the companys primary client operating in Singapore and the APAC region
Managing daytoday client communications ensuring high satisfaction and timely followups on quotations and service requests
Identifying opportunities to grow business within existing accounts and through networking
Liaising with crossfunctional teams in Europe and Asia to coordinate production and ensure project milestones are met
Attending industry events or trade exhibitions to monitor trends and gather market insights
Requirements
Prior experience in promotional goods merchandising or retail accessories ideally for beauty fashion or luxury sectors
Demonstrated strengths in account management client development and relationship building
Understanding of international supply chain logistics and manufacturing cycles is advantageous
Proficient with ERP platforms and structured workflows
knowledge of French or Mandarin would be beneficial for coordination with global teams
Strong organizational skills ability to work autonomously and a handson approach to problemsolving
Excellent communicator with both internal teams and external stakeholders
