Drive recruitment innovation to attract top talent.
Coordinate with country managers or hiring managers to determine hiring needs.
Collaborate with country and department heads on talent development evaluations.
Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelors degree in any discipline.
At least 3 years of work experience.
Preferably experienced in recruitment and talent acquisition within the General & Administration Department/Nontech with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
Handson approach with a vibrant and highly positive attitude.
Strong team player with excellent attention to detail.
Demonstrates emotional intelligence and assertiveness.
