JOB SUMMARY:
Dynavox Group is on an exciting growth journey and were seeking a driven individual to drive efficiency and scalability. In this key role you will lead improvements and initiatives focused on optimizing processes. You will also manage processes to ensure continuous improvement structure best practices and tools. This new role within the Business Excellence & Strategy Execution team offers a unique opportunity to elevate the area.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal business development: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency scalability and development and propose initiatives to drive business success.
Process improvements:
Analysis: Evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Design: Develop new processes or modify existing ones to enhance performance and achieve organizational goals.
Implementation: Lead or support the implementation of new processes ensuring smooth integration with current systems and practices. Provide training and support to staff on new processes and best practices.
Process management:
Documentation: Maintain documentation of processes changes and improvements. Oversee documentation structure governance and tools.
Monitoring and Reporting: Track the performance of implemented processes using data to report on their effectiveness and making necessary adjustments.
Advise and coach process owners in best practices and tools
Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand their needs and ensure processes align with overall business objectives. Collaborate with IT department to identify areas for automation or digitization to streamline operations and reduce manual tasks.
Minimum Qualification:
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Academic degree in Business Administration Management Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in process management business analysis business development or a similar role.
Proficiency in process mapping methodology and tools.
Knowledge of automation and digitization of processes.
Broad understanding of business and organization with experience working with different areas
Leadership experience (formal or informal)
Change management skills and practice of motivating change
Team player and collaborative personality with good communication and coordination skills
Experience from international context
Proficient in English language
