Job Description
Your contribution to something big
During your internship at the department for International Technical Support and Training you will get a broad insight into project management training and market communication. The focus will be set individually on your skills and your field of interests. That gives you the opportunity to drive your own topics.
- Participation in the maintenance and improvement of information platforms for internal and external stakeholders
- Active support in the departments market communication
- Active participation in internal improvement and development activities
- Support with daily adhoc tasks (e.g. plan meetings and workshops maintain department databases and other organizational topics)
- Active contribution to ongoing projects ensuring that correct serviceability is respected throughout the process by e.g. maintaining or creating new templates
Duration of the internship: 6 months preferably starting in September 2025
Location: onsite in our plant in Trans Sweden
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you
- Currently studying Business Administration Engineering International Communication or similar in Bachelors or Masters program
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Previous work experience preferred Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office tools (esp. Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat DC
- Able to work independently in a structured manner with a strong sense of initiative and followthrough on tasks
- Optimistic and resultoriented attitude with innovative spirit
