Job Description
Sealy Mattress Middle East part of the prestigious Sealy Inc. network is on the lookout for enthusiastic and skilled Salesperson to join our team. With a commitment to excellence in the highend mattress market since our inception in 1990 we pride ourselves on being leaders in quality bedding solutions across the MENA region. Our modern facility in Jeddah established in 1999 continues to innovate and meet the diverse needs of our customers. As a Salesperson you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging with clients promoting our luxury product offerings including Sealy Crown Jewels and Stearns & Foster and ensuring a remarkable customer experience. Responsibilities
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.
- Develop and nurture relationships with customers to maximize sales potential.
- Present and demonstrate products effectively to attract and retain customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing initiatives to increase brand exposure and engagement.
- Stay informed about product knowledge market trends and competitor offerings.
- Provide outstanding customer service and handle inquiries or complaints efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales ideally in the retail or consumer goods sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customerfocused approach.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Goaloriented with a passion for delivering results.
- Previous experience in the mattress or bedding industry is an advantage.
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Valid drivers license and availability to travel as necessary.
- Age between 25 to 35 years old.
- Saudi and Egyptian Arabic/English speakers are preferred.
