Job Description

Duties

  • Conduct B2B sales to generate leads increase customer acquisition and exceed targets.
  • Engage in upselling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Attend trade shows conferences and local networking events promoting Carga
  • Obtain complete fluency in our technologies solutions and how they affect the industry and our customers
  • Manage sales pipeline and CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information
  • Tenacity for cold calling upselling business development and account management.
  • Comfortable selling on the phone in person and on camera.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree with minimum 2-5 years working experience in Sales with a proven track record of sales success
  • Experience in the maritime oil & gas logistics supply chain or technology industry is preferred but not required
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • A proactive approach with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Experience in lead generation techniques and customer relationship management.
  • Coachability and openness to a growth mindset.

Desired Qualities

  • Passion for sales excited by interacting with new customers and fostering long-term business relationships
  • An interest in maritime technology analytics logistics supply chain oil & gas is a must
  • Proven track record of outperforming sales quotas while holding high customer satisfaction
  • Highly self-motivated individual with a driven strategic and tenacious sales mentality
  • Ability to listen to customers needs proactively solve their problems and identify new opportunities
  • Good organizational and communication skills
