We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic team supporting the Portuguese market. This role involves providing outstanding service and support to customers via phone chat or email. It is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping people and thrive in a fastpaced multilingual environment.
Workdays: Monday to Sunday Rotative shifts (24/7) including night shifts
Days off: 2 rotating days per week
Base Salary: 870.00 per month (x14 payments annually)
Position Bonus (Braga only): 20 per month (x12 months)
Meal Allowance: 7.23 per day
Transport Allowance: 20 per month
Bonus:
Welcome Bonus (paid in 4 parts if absenteeism is below 6%):
1st payment: after 3 months (paid on month 4)
2nd payment: after 6 months (paid on month 7)
3rd payment: after 9 months (paid on month 10)
4th payment: after 12 months (paid on month 13)
Health Insurance: Available from day 1 (employee contribution required for first 6 months; free after)

Airfare Reimbursement: Up to 400 (Economy) paid after completing 6 months
Housing Support:
Shared apartment for up to 12 months
Rent: 280/month (utilities included deducted from payslip)
Note:
Remote position available only for candidates living between Coimbra and Algarve
No relocation support for Braga or Aveiro. Candidates must reside above Coimbra
Language: Nativelevel Portuguese (European)
Customer service experience is a plus
Strong communication and problemsolving skills
Availability to work in rotating shifts including nights and weekends
