LGG Advisors is a global consulting firm with offices in Porto Lisbon London and Madrid delivering highvalue strategic advisory services to leading companies worldwide.
As we continue to grow we are looking for a motivated and detailoriented HR & Admin Intern to support our People & Office team. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is eager to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources and Office Management.
What Youll Do:
- Support the recruitment process by helping with job postings CV screening and interview scheduling
- Assist with onboarding processes ensuring new joiners feel welcomed and informed
- Help maintain HR records and documents with accuracy and confidentiality
- Contribute to internal communications and employee engagement initiatives
- Assist in organizing training sessions feedback cycles and internal events
- Support daily HR and administrative tasks in coordination with the People & Office Manager
What Were Looking For:
- Recent graduate or student in Human Resources Management Psychology or a related field
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
