What Youll Do
We are recruiting our new Account Manager to contribute to the growth of our Global Accounts (Segment : Enterprise with HQs in HQs in DACH region).
Within the sales department you are part of a dynamic team at the heart of the Groups strategy. You are responsible for a portfolio of client companies of our Group.
In direct contact with highlevel decisionmakers you manage budgets ranging from 100k to several hundred thousand euros.
Sell a suite of SaaS solutions (eLearning Assessment) and services (Live Lessons) that you adapt to the client environment and the evolutions of their challenges.
Ensure the renewal of contracts established with an identified client base.
Identify key decisionmakers within client organizations (L&D LMS experts procurement department internal sponsors etc.) and engage them regularly (meetings lunches client and industry events).
Position yourself as a key contact for the success of their training strategy.
Implement an effective upselling strategy (additional solutions opening new entities).
Responsible for the entire bidding phase (preparation meetings response presentation negotiation).
Work closely with a Customer Success Manager whose role is to deploy the created system for your client.
What we are looking for
Motivated and dynamic you are attracted to selling valueadded services to businesses and new technologies.
Ability to manage medium/longterm sales cycles valued at 100K.
As a reference for your portfolio you must be resultsoriented and have a keen relational sense to detect and nurture growth opportunities with various stakeholders.
Strong ability to create and animate a network of decisionmakers.
A successful Sales experience of 2 to 3 years in complex B2B sales is desired.
German native Speaker or C1 English Level Mandatory
