The Service Designer will be responsible for organising ideation and troubleshooting sessions for challenges launched by the Pivots and Business Experts of the various business units. The aim of these sessions is to correctly describe the problem value it and identify potential solutions.
At the end you should be able to design or adjust existing business processes and create the content that will enable the clients employees to be trained.
Main responsibilities:
- Organising ideation sessions with Pivots and Business Experts
- Valorising the benefits of a potential solution
- Designing processes in the clients corporate tool
- Designing content for the clients knowledge management platform
Qualifications :
- Ensuring innovative solutions through workshops ideation and prototyping;
- Aligning solutions with the needs and requirements of users and the business.

- Will work in a hybrid model in Lisbon
- Up to 5 years experience in the role for which the service is being contracted;
- Degree in Engineering Management Design or another degree relevant to the role;
- Willingness to innovate;
- Knowledge and experience in applying usercentred design processes and techniques (e.g. Design Thinking User Research Collaborative Design);
- Great listening skills and excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Curious and creative;
- Delivery and results orientated;
- Ease of working with crossfunctional teams
- Ability to work on dynamic and ambiguous projects;
- Project management skills.
