Streaming Platform
Tasks:
Provide customer support for a leading streaming company.
Handle inquiries related to contracts billing and technical issues.
Assist both B2B and B2C clients as first and secondline support.
Conduct outbound calls for administrative tasks such as feedback collection or payment reminders.
Requirements:
Fluency in Norwegian or Swedish or Danish (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
Strong communication skills and serviceoriented mindset.
Basic administrative and technical knowledge.
Availability to work 5 days a week in rotating shifts (MonFri: 8:0020:00 Weekends: 10:0020:00
