You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Partner Manager is responsible for managing partnerships with partners and increasing the traffic they drive to Adtraction brands. They focus on building longterm relationships and help partners monetize their traffic through brand matches from Adtractions portfolio. Partner Managers typically oversee multiple partner accounts and prioritize quality in every interaction to maximize partnerdriven growth.
Serving as the primary contact for partners the Partner Manager provides excellent customer service builds trust and ensures partners see the potential for growth and innovation with Adtraction. Partner Manager is responsible for optimizing and growing managed gross profit. Collaboration is essential as the Partner Manager works closely with other teams (e.g. Account Managers Support Marketing) to ensure partner satisfaction and create lasting value.
Partner recruitment & activation: identify recruit and onboard new partners that align with Adtractions goals and objectives ensuring that partners are active on the platform. Increase gross profit for your existing partner portfolio and drive growth in gross profit from newly recruited partners.
Active partnership management: create and take care of relationships with both new and existing partners maintaining regular communication and providing proactive support to foster partners growth.
Segment development: identify new opportunities to improve how we work with partners or introduce new types of partners to Adtractions portfolio.
Performance optimization: monitor partner performance offering insights strategies and assistance to optimize their partners activities and achieve the best possible results.
Campaign management: set up and manage additional campaigns and activities with partners ensuring they align with brands objectives and contribute to overall Adtraction goals.
Industry awareness: stay informed about industry trends emerging technologies and market news in the partner marketing space to provide valuable insights to partners and internal teams.
Negotiation: negotiate terms and agreements with partners ensuring favorable outcomes that support longterm partnerships and mutual benefits.
Brands additional activities: prepare activity plans or other seasonal ecommerce initiatives for brands (e.g. Black Week Christmas shopping).
Market research: stay informed about industry trends market conditions and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for partners.
Brand feedback: gather feedback from partners and provide insights to internal teams for product or platform improvements ensuring that Adtraction continuously evolves to meet brand needs.
Problem resolution: proactively identify and address any issues partners may face ensuring they are resolved quickly to maintain strong relationships and minimize disruption to campaigns.
Partner marketing advocate: educate partners about emerging trends in ecommerce and partner marketing helping them adopt new strategies that can improve their performance.
