Technical Product Owner Cloud
Roches expanding digital product portfolio demonstrates its commitment to provide healthcare professionals laboratories and patients with digital and digitallyenabled solutions that transform patient care. The existing product portfolio includes decision support systems data management solutions and workflow solutions. At the center of these diverse types of solutions is always patient data security and privacy as the highest priority for Roche.
In this context Roche has built a global team that builds secures and operates infrastructure platforms (cloud and onprem) for its digital products. This team is working with a high freedom to operate in a selforganized setup and is responsible for tackling the cybersecurity compliance and infrastructure challenges of the healthcare industry while enabling highvelocity product development.
As a Technical Product Owner forCloud Secure Account Management team you will lead the development of a strategic product that provides secure and compliant cloud environments (AWS) for hosting Roches digital applications Your work will directly support Roches global digital transformation by enabling software product teams to deliver healthcare solutions faster and more securely by evolving the navify platform.
The opportunity:
Support and promote a culture of product excellence and a healthy product development lifecycle within the Roche Engineering Community.
Collaborate with product management on strategic roadmapping and alignment; help define and communicate the product vision strategy and roadmap.
Work closely with architects compliance quality engineering operations and cybersecurity teams to enable delivery of product features and services.
Act as a customer proxy with engineering teams to define and prioritize features and user stories; participate in agile ceremonies and draft iteration objectives to optimize workflow.
Facilitate clear communication with stakeholders ensure transparency manage expectations coordinate escalations and liaise with horizontal functions like SRE Quality Security and PMO.
Continuously inspect and adapt processes to improve program quality assess metrics evaluate business value and balance operations bug fixes and new features.
Build strong stakeholder relationships prioritize usercentric design collect and analyze feedback manage risks and budgets ensure documentation and support product adoption through training.
Who you are:
5 years of combined experience in software architecture engineering operations and product ownership/management in SaaS cloudnative or internetscale environments with education in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
Deep understanding of AWS and its ecosystem (e.g. IAM EC2 S3 Lambda ECS) with handson experience in CI/CD practices GitOps workflows and tools like GitLab ArgoCD and Terraform.
Skilled in leading technical discussions around DevOps platform engineering and software delivery; knowledgeable in DevSecOps and integrating security into the development pipeline.
Experience working with complex toolchains and environments using Grafana Splunk Vault and container orchestration solutions.
Fluent in English familiar with Agile (Scrum or SAFe) experienced in backlog management and iterative delivery; able to manage product delivery in regulated environments and understands compliance frameworks (ISO 27001 GDPR HIPAA HITRUST); healthcare domain experience is a strong plus.
