As a Senior Big Data Engineer youll be responsible for building innovative data products that help recruiters find the right talent. You will design and implement highperformance applications using Kafka and Spark while collaborating with crossfunctional international teams. Working within the Data Engineering department your work will help create a more inclusive and efficient recruitment experience for everyone.

Your responsibilities
Build data products that enhance recruitment and promote fair hiring practices
Design and implement highperformance applications using Kafka and Spark
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver impactful data engineering solutions
Manage ETL pipelines and data orchestration processes
Continuously improve and scale our data infrastructure to support the global recruitment ecosystem
Qualifications :
Your skills and qualifications
Proficiency in coding with Java or Scala
Practical knowledge of Apache Spark and Airflow or other similar orchestration tools
Experience with Kafka (MSK)
Strong knowledge of SQL
Professional experience in Big Data Data Warehousing and ETL
Experience with AWS services (e.g. Glue EMR ECS with Docker Redshift DynamoDB S3)
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform
Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English (B2 level)
A passion for datadriven solutions that make a difference
