The Role
Were looking for a sharp and experienced FullStack Engineer who leans backend and thrives in fastpaced highownership environments. In this role youll take the lead on building secure scalable APIs and realtime integrations that power our core product. Youll own critical infrastructure shape API design in collaboration with frontend teams and ensure production systems run smoothly. If you love writing clean efficient code and solving technical challenges across the stackespecially in and TypeScriptthis is for you.
Location: Remote Open to candidates based in Pakistan or India
Key Responsibilities
Design build and maintain secure REST & GraphQL APIs that power web mobile and partner integrations.
Implement authentication and authorisation flows (OAuth2.0 OpenID Connect JWT) plus rolebased access controls.
Own CI/CD pipelines (GitHubActions or similar): automated tests static analysis container builds multienv deploys.
Create background workers cron jobs and realtime webhooks that sync data with thirdparty SaaS.
Monitor debug and tune production services using CloudWatch Posthog Vercel and structured logging.
Collaborate with frontend engineers to define API contracts and deploy them to production.
Qualifications
4years building production back ends in ideally using NextJS including ownership of at least one CI/CD pipeline.
Deep knowledge of relational databases (Postgres or MySQL) migrations query optimisation and caching (Redis).
Experience with modern web tools like Vercel(NextJS) Sentry Supabase etc
Comfort with containerisation and cloudnative patterns (Docker AWS Lambda/ECS/Fargate).
Experience integrating external APIs and maintaining robust webhook/event systems.
Strong testing culture (unit integration contract testing) and commitment to secure coding standards.
Nice to Have
Exposure to Shopify Admin API or other ecommerce platforms.
Infrastructureascode with Terraform or AWS CDK.
Experience with Content Management Solutions
Familiarity with event streaming (SNS/SQS Kafka) and data pipelines
