Job Purpose
To assist the marketing team in the effective execution of campaigns by handling foundational tasks such as paid media management campaign planning market research and crossdepartmental coordination. The role focuses on enhancing the performance of paid media initiatives to maximize ROI and minimize cost per lead.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan launch and manage Paid Media Campaigns across various digital platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify suitable car models for promotion and determine the most effective platforms.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery and alignment of campaign creatives.
- Strategize and coordinate the execution of multiple simultaneous media campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns in realtime to improve ROI reduce Cost per Lead (CPL) and enhance overall performance.
- Support general marketing initiatives and assist in related activities as required.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in paid media platforms (Google Ads Facebook Ads etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign performance tools (e.g. Google Analytics Meta Business Suite).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and audience targeting.
- Creative thinking with a problemsolving mindset.
Qualifications
Academic:
- Bachelors degree in marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field.
Professional:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing paid media campaigns or performance marketing.
- Certification in Google Ads Meta Blueprint or related platforms is an added advantage.
