As the Marketing Lead for foodpanda Philippines you will play a pivotal role in driving customer growth and engagement through impactful datadriven marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for planning executing and optimizing across CRM and inapp channels to acquire new users retain existing ones and increase engagement. Your primary objective will be to deliver measurable business results by owning the endtoend campaign strategy ensuring alignment with commercial goals and constantly innovating to stay ahead of market trends.
- Plan execute and optimize integrated marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition retention and engagement inapp and outside of the app.
- Support on creating proposals for commercial and partnerhips teams
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement including CRM and inapp features.
- Experiment Test and Innovate using upcoming marketing technology new media channels and AI
- Ensure campaigns maintain a consistent tone and visual identity in line with brand guidelines
- App user experience:
- Main responsible in the local team for how the customers see our app and interact with it
- CrossFunctional Collaboration:
- Partner crossfunctionally with Product Tech CRM Commercial Partnerships and Ops teams to align marketing efforts with business and product priorities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the user experience within the foodpanda app.
- Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to leverage best practices and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals fostering a culture of creativity collaboration and accountability.
- Set clear goals and KPIs for the marketing team provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.

- Proven record in marketing leadership roles preferably consumer driven tech or ecommerce industry with 610 years of experience
- Previous experience in leading teams
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and product features.
- Proven ability to take ownership of business outcomes not just functional deliverables.
- Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
