Duties and Responsibilities
As a Marketing Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in shaping the companys marketing efforts. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with Project Managers and the marketing team to respond to prime sub-consultant and interview opportunities.
- Crafting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) layouts and creating compelling graphics in line with RFQ requirements.
- Assisting with technical writing editing and proofreading content from Project Managers for SOQ submissions.
- Writing and updating resumes boilerplate information project descriptions and more.
- Developing and refreshing the firms marketing materials and templates.
- Maintaining and enhancing our marketing database.
- Engaging with professional marketing organizations and contributing to business development initiatives.
- Taking on additional tasks to improve company efficiency and foster a positive work environment.
- Additional responsibilities may include any of the following dependent upon the specific focus agreed upon at hiring:
- Design graphics for internal and external communications including our website newsletters social media posts and advertisements.
- Manage and elevate our on-lineand offline presence through various platforms and media channels.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is required; familiarity with other Adobe Creative Cloud applications is a plus.
- Experience with database systems preferably Vantage.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining our brands consistency across all marketing materials.
- Independence and self-motivation with minimal need for supervision.
- Strong foundational writing and grammar skills.
- A flair for graphic design and an eagerness to learn new technologies and techniques such as AI tools.
- A proactive self-starter who thrives under pressure.
Required Experience
- A Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Marketing or a related field with 2 years of experience is preferred.
- Alternatively relevant experience in the Architecture Engineering or Construction industries is highly valued.
