MARKETING COORDINATOR
This is a Part-Time position (up to 30 hours a week)

Carroll Water is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to work part-time hours (up to 30 hours) a week and on weekends. In this position you will be responsible for:
-Set up and break down of road shows in our big box retail stores
-Interviewing and training of new Lead Generators on how to be successful including but not limited to our equipment and best practices.
-Work with the Lead Generators to ensure they are hitting their goals
-Working yourself as a Lead Generator in different locations as needed
-Other tasks as needed.
As a Lead Generator your responsibilities include but not limited to:
Responsibilities:
-Represent our brand at events trade shows and other promotional activities
-Engage with potential customers and educate them on our products and services
-Create a positive customer experience by providing exceptional service and answering questions
-Gather feedback and insights from customers to improve our products and marketing efforts
-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns
Requirements for this position:
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Paid training
-Ability to work independently
-Outgoing personality and a passion for interacting with people
-Familiarity with our brand and products
-Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed
-Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
Pay: $20/hr Plus commissions and travel time pay.
Commission Compensation Plan (per the outline below):
Gas Card monthly maximum up to $100 to travel to different locations.
Bonus of $200 per employee that is trained and supported under your direction that stays with the Company for at least 6 months.
As a Lead Generator you will receive $15 for each appointment/demo. There is no commission for a lead turned in that is not ran by a sales rep.
Plus LG receives $25 for each completed sale/install over $2K.
