Schedule:
- 40 hours/week 9 AM to 6 PM Monday to Friday

Job Description

As a Lead Generation Specialist you ll be at the forefront of modern prospecting techniques using sophisticated software to pinpoint properties ready for home improvements. Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced satellite imaging technology to analyze residential properties and identify potential service opportunities
- Research and compile comprehensive property owner information using public databases
- Build and maintain highly targeted prospect lists using proprietary software
- Manage and organize lead data within the company s CRM system
- Collaborate with the appointment setting team to ensure smooth lead handoff
- Track and report on lead generation metrics and success rates
- Maintain detailed records of research methodologies and findings
Requirements
- 23 years of experience in lead generation or similar researchfocused role
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM systems and database management
- Excellent organizational and data entry skills
- Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly targets
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software platforms
- Remote work experience preferred
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home office setup
