Position Overview: Key Responsibilities: Needs analysis and instructional design Development of engaging training materials (e.g. presentations manuals videos simulations) Creation of assessments and evaluations to measure learning outcomes Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions (both inperson and online) to employees at all levels. Maintain accurate records of training attendance completion and evaluation results. Schedule and coordinate training sessions including logistics and participant registration. Provide ongoing support to employees and managers regarding trainingrelated concerns and issues. Assist in the administration of existing training programs including updating materials and maintaining training records. Collaborate with department managers to identify and address employee training needs. Analyze training data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for program enhancements. Ensure all training programs comply with relevant regulations and company policies. Maintain highquality training standards and continuously seek opportunities for improvement. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Education Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. 1 year of experience in training or instructional design is preferred but not required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Passion for learning and a desire to contribute to employee development. Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication presentation and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational time management and problemsolving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and learning management systems (LMS) and Google Workspace. Strong analytical and data analysis skills. Attention to detail.
