You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Financial Associate will support strategic financial decisionmaking through indepth analysis modeling and reporting. This role plays a key part in evaluating land acquisition opportunities managing budgets for development projects and ensuring financial health across our portfolio.
Conduct financial modeling and valuation for land acquisition and development opportunities.
Assist in preparing investment memorandums and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor project budgets cash flow forecasts and performance against projections.
Track and manage client and partner collections and ensure timely followup on outstanding payments.
Confirm and reconcile incoming payments update financial systems and coordinate with internal departments.
Maintain accurate records of receivables and provide weekly collection status reports.
Analyze market trends zoning regulations and comparable land values.
Support due diligence and underwriting processes for acquisitions.
Assist in financial reporting and variance analysis.
Maintain and improve internal dashboards and tracking tools for financial performance.
Coordinate with external partners consultants and legal teams for transaction execution.
Bachelor s degree in Finance Real Estate Economics or related field
2 years of experience in real estate finance investment banking or private equity
Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
Familiarity with real estate valuation methods (DCF comps residual land value)
Knowledge of land development processes zoning and entitlement is a plus
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities
Experience with Argus CoStar or similar real estate platforms
CPA CFA or progress toward certification
Prior experience in land banking land development or masterplanned communities
