Job Description
- Onboarding new enterprise banking Customers and proactive relationship management Engagement.
- Daily sales monitoring and reporting Track percentage conversion ratio Monitor proactive sales leads Monitor specified sales and cross sell target.
- Dormant accounts reactivation.
- Cross selling the banks products and services to existing customers.
- Handling of customers complaint Improve customer experience and grow the banks share of wallet by proactively engaging the customer via telephone/email/web chat for more pocket share.
Qualifications :
Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Finance Accounting and all courses under social sciences (ACCA or ACA or masters would be an added advantage).
Experience Required
At least 5 7 years experience is required in frontline banking Relationship Management Commercial banking and Business banker with products and services. Experience with handling and organizing large data.
Previous portfolio management experience servicing a portfolio for Business or Commercial Banking clients. Experience in a Branch sales and/or service role. Experience in preparing Credit motivations and understanding of lending principles.
