Job Description
Our Client
Our client a logistics company seeks to employ a Customer Service Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executives calendars appointments and travel arrangements.
- Act as a liaison between executives clients and internal teams.
- Prepare and edit reports presentations and business correspondence.
- Organize and attend meetings take minutes and follow up on action items
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist in project coordination for property development initiatives.
- Conduct research on industry trends competitors and potential business opportunities.
- Manage office operations including document filing and vendor coordination.
- Handle adhoc administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Administrative skills.
- Adequate business development knowledge.
- Presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Form M.
- Must be computer savvy.
- Analytical skills.
- Adequate procurement knowledge.
- 810 years experience in Customer Service roles.
- Bachelors Degree in a related field.
