We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for our client s IT infrastructure. If you have a strong background in IT support excellent problemsolving skills and a passion for delivering topnotch customer service this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 technical support for hardware software and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist with firewall staging configuration and testing (prior experience preferred).
- Document solutions and create user guides for common issues.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth operations and user satisfaction.
- Offer exceptional customer service with clear and professional communication.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in IT support or a related technical role.
- Basic knowledge of firewalls (staging configuration or troubleshooting is a plus).
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows OS networking and hardware issues.
- Bachelor s degree in IT Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
- English B1 (Basic reading/writing) ability to communicate technical issues.
- Soft Skills: Customerfocused detailoriented and able to work under pressure.
