Job Description
HR Shared Services Talent Acquisition Supervisor
What youll do:
- Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters providing guidance support and performance feedback.
- Lead the recruitment efforts for senior management positions (Plant Managers Directors and other positions identified as critical) including sourcing interviewing and offer discussions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the department.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert recruitment advice.
- Prepare and present regular recruitment reports and metrics to senior management and HR leaders.
What is required:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for senior management and other critical positions.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition 5 years of experience in a supervisory role and 3 years of experience in a Shared Services organization.
- Strong leadership and team management skills excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and tools and a deep understanding of recruitment best practices.
