Job Description
As Outlet Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of IlMahzen ensuring smooth service high standards of hygiene excellent customer service and the efficient management of staff. This is a fastpaced environment that requires a handson leader with a strong work ethic and a passion for food and people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards
- Manage inventory stock levels and supplier orders
- Monitor sales costs and profitability
- Lead train and motivate team members
- Address customer queries and resolve issues effectively
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the food & beverage industry
- Strong leadership organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays
