You will:
- Take full ownership of several social media channels including Pinterest Instagram Snapchat and TikTok;
- Create and execute strategic plans for both video and written content across platforms;
- Focus on process improvement and channel performance rather than just technical execution;
- Lead content publishing efforts ensuring quality and consistency in every piece;
- Work closely with a team to coordinate content delivery and scheduling;
- Dive deep into analytics and monetization strategies to grow audience and revenue;
- Report regularly on key performance metrics and suggest improvements;
- Ensure smooth workflows and communication with the production team to stay on track with posting schedules;
Youre a great fit if you:
- Have experience managing and growing social media channels;
- Understand and can interpret data and analytics to drive decisions;
- Are comfortable owning a channel and being accountable for its performance;
- Are processoriented and good at managing workflows;
- Have experience or strong interest in monetization strategies;
- Thrive in a fastpaced environment and can meet tight deadlines;
- Have strong communication skills and excellent English;

Salary: EUR gross/monthly additional bonuses based on performance.
