The Sales team at Aurora is responsible for converting interest into revenue by educating onboarding and expanding our global customer base. We handle both inbound and outbound growth and play a pivotal role in how clients experience our platform how quickly they scale and how long they stay. As the Head of Sales youll own the entire sales enginefrom pipeline development and team performance to closing strategy forecasting and highvalue client management. Youll work crossfunctionally with operations partnerships and the executive team to ensure the sales team is aligned with Auroras growth targets.
