Job Description

Tasks

The Sales team at Aurora is responsible for converting interest into revenue by educating onboarding and expanding our global customer base. We handle both inbound and outbound growth and play a pivotal role in how clients experience our platform how quickly they scale and how long they stay. As the Head of Sales youll own the entire sales enginefrom pipeline development and team performance to closing strategy forecasting and highvalue client management. Youll work crossfunctionally with operations partnerships and the executive team to ensure the sales team is aligned with Auroras growth targets.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build lead and continuously improve Auroras global sales team including SDRs and Account Executives.
  • Own the full sales funnel: topoffunnel growth lead qualification deal closing and retention expansion opportunities.
  • Develop and implement a scalable outbound and inbound sales strategy to drive new client acquisition.
  • Create clear sales playbooks scripts objection handling and onboarding sequences that improve performance and consistency.
  • Set KPIs and commission structures that motivate performance and align with company growth objectives.
  • Track sales metrics conversion rates and team performance to identify bottlenecks and areas for optimization.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure lead quality and campaign alignment.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure all leads and deals are accurately tracked and reported.
  • Join highvalue calls close strategic deals and coach your team on improving deal size and close rate.
  • Report weekly to leadership on progress pipeline health forecasts and next steps.

Requirements

Who You Are

Minimum Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in a sales leadership role preferably in B2B SaaS ad tech or performance marketing
  • Proven success managing SDRs AEs and outbound sales strategies
  • Strong understanding of lead qualification deal progression and fullfunnel metrics
  • Experience designing and implementing scalable sales playbooks and compensation structures
  • Excellent communication leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to work crossfunctionally with marketing product and operations teams
  • CRM excellence
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience in the advertising platform/reseller or media buying ecosystem
  • Familiarity with selling in global markets including APAC LATAM and EMEA
  • Experience building outbound teams from scratch or leading remotefirst sales orgs
  • Datadriven mindset with experience using KPIs and dashboards to drive performance
  • Comfortable handling highvalue clients and closing 57 figure B2B deals
