Job Description
We are seeking an innovative and experienced Director of Food & Beverage to join our team in Phnom Penh Cambodia. As a key member of our leadership team you will oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence and profitability.
- Uphold Raffles brand standards operational excellence and guest satisfaction across all F&B outlets.
- Lead business planning budgeting cost control and financial performance of the F&B Division.
- Manage recruitment training development and performance of the F&B team to build future leaders.
- Coordinate daily operations interdepartmental communication promotional activities and continuous service improvements.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in leading F&B operations in luxury environments with strong financial and business acumen.
- Expertise in food and beverage trends menu development service excellence and cost management.
- Exceptional leadership communication and team development skills to build highperforming teams.
- Strategic handson and detailoriented with the ability to drive continuous improvement and guest satisfaction.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
