Job Summary:
To lead the Marketing Department and drive strategic marketing initiatives for group malls. This role demands a datadriven creative leader with strong execution skills and the ability to manage teams and deliver measurable results.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead and manage a highperforming marketing team
- Plan and execute multichannel campaigns (digital social events inmall promotions)
- Monitor campaign performance and use analytics to optimize results and ROI
- Collaborate with leasing operations and tenants to boost occupancy footfall and sales
- Manage the marketing budget to maximize impact
- Maintain strong tenant relationships and organize customer service initiatives
- Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all platforms
- Build partnerships with media agencies and other stakeholders
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Stay updated on marketing trends and apply best practices to maintain a competitive edge
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years in a senior marketing role preferably in the retail or mall sector
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in digital marketing tools analytics and CRM systems
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced multiproject environment
