This position focuses on fostering a positive corporate mindset structured thought processes and adaptive professional growth. Key Responsibilities:
(Note: This job role requires employees to work from the office and working remotely/ from home will not be permissible)
1. Spearhead employee development initiatives ensuring training programs drive measurable success.
2. Monitor employee progression analyze performance trends and implement targeted improvement strategies.
3. Guide entrylevel professionals in adapting to corporate expectations and building resilient work habits.
4. Championing a positive workplace culture that supports engagement motivation and longterm success.
5. Identify behavioral patterns and challenges faced by earlycareer employees providing tailored strategies for improvement.
6. Partner with HR and leadership to align training efforts with business goals and enhance organizational effectiveness.
7. Develop methodologies that promote professional confidence corporate readiness and emotional agility.
8. Advocate for empathydriven and workplace cultural betterment.
9. Provide ondemand mentorship to employees guiding them through workplace challenges and career growth.
10. Lead mentor and guide a team of recruiters to ensure high performance and consistent achievement of recruitment goals.
