- Managing client inquiries and providing effective solutions
- Driving additional business through upselling and crossselling solutions
- Understanding hospital workflows and customising solutions accordingly
- Conducting seminars workshops and individual training sessions for healthcare professionals and patients
- Nurturing strong customer relationships and enhancing brand recall
- Establishing processes for enabling remote patient monitoring in healthcare facilities and homes
- Addressing operational issues in healthcare facilities with the support of operations executives
- Creating opportunities for brand marketing and presence in healthcare facilities
- Ensuring timely payments from partner hospitals
- Providing regular updates to management and sales teams on device usage
Requirements
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in sales or operations
- Exceptional communication presentation and public speaking skills
- Strong business acumen and a resultsoriented mindset
- Willingness to extensively travel to hospitals including those affected by Covid
- Proven ability in building and managing client relationships
- Previous experience in leading a team
