The ideal candidate will handle queries process orders manage complaints and coordinate with sales and inventory teams for smooth service delivery. Responsibilities include building strong customer relationships maintaining records and ensuring timely followups. This role requires excellent communication problemsolving abilities and a customerfirst mindset. Prior experience in a retail or wholesale environment is an advantage. A strong grasp of product knowledge and attention to detail is essential for success in this role.
Handle customer inquiries orders and complaints through phone email or inperson.
Maintain accurate customer records and update databases regularly.
Coordinate with the sales and inventory teams to ensure order fulfillment.
Provide product information and guide customers in making purchase decisions.
Process sales invoices returns and exchanges efficiently.
Follow up on deliveries payments and customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex cases when required.
Support promotional campaigns and provide aftersales service when needed.
Bachelor s degree in any discipline (Commerce/Marketing preferred).
1 2 years of experience in retail or wholesale customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Familiarity with POS systems billing software and MS Office.
Customeroriented mindset with a problemsolving attitude.
Fluency in local language(s) and basic English preferred.
